What does "truly custom" actually mean?
Every cabinet is designed around your space and built from scratch in our Calgary shop. We don't sell out of a catalogue, we don't resize stock boxes, and we don't subcontract the build. If you can sketch it, we can almost certainly build it.
How long does a typical project take?
From signed design to install day, most kitchens land in the 8–14 week range depending on complexity, finish, and scheduling. We'll give you a clear timeline at the design stage and update it if anything shifts.
Do I need to visit the showroom?
We strongly recommend it. Door styles, hardware, paint, and stone all read very differently in your hand than on a screen. The showroom is where most of the design decisions happen — and it's free to drop by.
What's covered under your warranty?
We offer a five-year warranty on cabinet structure and workmanship from the date of shipment, plus one year on doors, drawer fronts, and finishes. The warranty page covers the full detail — we wrote it plainly so you can actually read it.
Do you serve outside Calgary?
Greater Calgary is our home turf. We've taken on projects further afield, but the showroom-driven design process and our installation crew make Calgary and the immediate area where we do our best work.
Do you charge for design?
Initial consultations and showroom visits are free. Once a project moves into detailed design, we'll walk you through how that works upfront — no surprise fees.
Can you really build a moving bookcase?
Yes. Hidden doors, panelled passageways, and concealed rooms are something of a quiet specialty for us. We don't post most of the work — the discreet pieces stay discreet — but ask us in the showroom and we'll walk you through what's possible.
